Galvanized steel Wire Mesh Welding Machine 0.65-2.5mm
This machine is also called Roll Mesh Welding Machine, or electric welded mesh machine, which is used to make construction mesh, wall mesh, cage mesh etc.
1. Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically
2. The raw material is suitable for low-carbon steel wire (black wire) and galvanized wire.
3. Middle cutter and sider cutters can adjuste randomly to make two mesh rolls at same time.
4. We use Schneider electric components, Delta inverter in the electric control cabinet.
5. The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
6. Welding time and welding current can adjuste on the control panel to adjust the welding degree.
7. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel.

A: For the cross wire space 1/2’’, the production is about 90m/h; for 1’’ opening, the production is 180m/h.

A: 30%T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipping, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or cash etc.
Q: What’s your packing way of the machine?
A: Main welding machine with plastic package and would be stabled by steel wire. The spare parts in the
wood box auxiliary equipment in the container. (One 20 feet container)
