Machine Characteristics
1.This kind of machine is our latest developed chicken Cage Welding Machine which adopts Panasonic intelligent PLC control system.
2.The line wire and the weft wire are from coil wire.The line wire is feeding by the Servo motor (Panasonic) for 2-3.5mm cross wire.
3. Wire net is pulled by the servo motor, you can adjust the cross wire space randomly within the range 50-200mm on one same mesh sheet .
4.The welding power comes from Brake clutch motor which connect the principal axis directly, stronger power.(Patent technology)
6.The welding part is used the springiness input wire trunking that makes the welding copper use for long time .
7.Equip with automatic mesh cutting machine.
