This is machine,also called security fence machine, anti-climb fence welding

Machine Description

1.The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and

pre-cut(need 2 Wire Straightening And Cutting Machine),The longitude wires

are inserted into the slot tunnels manually.The cross wire are put into the

cross wire feeder, which is controlled by step motor&SMC (Japan) air cylinders, automatic falling.

2.The cross wire feeder is step motor.Mesh pulling system is servo motor,

more precise.

3.The longitude wire opening can be set by loosen screw,moving electrodes,magnet,slot.

Cross wire opening set by touch screen.

4.Welding time and current are also controlled by touch screen.

5.The material can be galvanized wire and black wire.

6.Panasonic (Japan) PLC,Weinview (Taiwan) touch screen,Schneider

(France) low-voltage apparatus,ABB (Switzerland Sweden) switch,Schneider

(France) air switch,Meanwell (Taiwan) power supply,Delta (Taiwan)

7.Auxiliary machines include 2 set of wire straightening and cutting
