Steel Wire Mesh Welding Machines JK-FM-2500S Features:
1. High speed: every minute welding 45-75 pcs cross wires, if mesh panel 2.5mX6m, wire spacing 150mm*150mm, every hour, the machine could weld about 60pcs-80pcs mesh panel.
2. High quality: the structure welded with thick steel plate and section, makes the machine more compact and solid. The electric control cabinet including Panosonic FPX series PLC, Weinview MT 6071IE touch screen, Schneider Low voltage apparatus, Panasonic servo driver, Meanwell power supply, DeltaVE VFD, AND SO ON.
3. Easy to operate: All the welding parameter could be input through touch screen, and then turn the auto-run button to run the machine. The touch screen could display the machine failure, it is for maintenance.
4. Main parts: main structure, electric control cabinet, line wire inlet device, cross wire inlet hopper, welding part, mesh outlet device.
5. Power Mode: Pneumatic system+Servo motor+PLC+touch screen
6. Welding stop function: Helical gear reducer brake motor. when the machine welding, the brake motor will stop, ensure the welding quality.
7.End products diversity: servo motor powered the mesh outlet device, it could outlet different cross wire space. in the same mesh panel, could have different size of cross wire space.
