Machine Description

Main technologies

Welding electrodes are made of pure copper, durable.

Main motor &Helical gear reducer connect the main axis directly, big transmission torque.

Cast water-cooling transformers, high efficiency. Welding degree is adjusted by PLC.

SMC (Japan) air cylinders&pneumatic parts, machine working more stable.

Panasonic (Japan) servo motor&planetary reducer for pulling mesh, more precise.

Cable carrier is Igus brand, imported from Germany, the best one in the world, not hung down.

Wire feeding way

The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.

Longitude wires are fed automatically with the feeding car or inserted into the slot tunnel manually.

Cross wires should be pre-straightened&pre-cut, then fed from hopper device automatically.

The hopper device is controlled by step motor and SMC air cylinder, has high capacity.
